SHIPPING POLICY:

 

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100.00 within the continental U.S.

 

Orders are shipped within 72 hours of purchase. Once the entire order is completed, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking information.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

 

Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. 

 

To receive a full refund items must be unused in original packaging and in brand new condition.  A refund will be issued to the original credit card for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable. Please allow 8 - 12 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. Shipping fees associated with returns are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund. For exchanges, shipping will be charged for the new item(s) sent. 

 

Installed or damaged items are NOT returnable or exchangeable. Note that all returns are subject to a restocking fee.
